At Olivia Garden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
